1. Aim
We aim for clear headings, readable contrast, keyboard navigation, visible focus, alternative text and layouts that adapt to smaller screens.
2. Structure
Pages use one main heading, semantic landmarks and descriptive link text. A skip link appears when focused.
3. Images
Content images have contextual alternative text. Decorative route graphics should be ignored by assistive technology.
4. Forms
Fields have labels, required validation and explicit local-only status. No timeout is imposed.
5. Known limits
Third-party font delivery and generated PDF or print adaptations may behave differently across assistive technology. The static contact form cannot transmit accessibility feedback.
6. Deployment requirement
Before public launch, the operator should provide a working accessible feedback route, test common keyboard and screen-reader flows and document unresolved issues. Updated 18 September 2026.
